This place suits me perfectly! Great wi-fi, delicious dining, and friendly bar staff make it a fantastic stay. I still remember my first visit, when the team offered me a cool drink during a hot day. Highly recommend it!

Comfortable room with essential amenities.

Our toilet was not flushed upon arrival, which was incredibly off-putting. The breakfast experience was disappointing as the hotel had run out of bacon and the staff seemed overwhelmed. there was an overflowing bin in the breakfast room, which made the area feel unkempt.

Jake ensured dietary needs were met with a smile, while Chloe showcased her culinary skills with an outstanding cooked breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable, setting us up for a great stay despite minor decor issues. I can't wait to return!

I recently stayed for a night at Best Western in Brome and enjoyed the spacious room with a lovely view. The staff were welcoming and polite throughout my stay. the breakfast service was chaotic which impacted my overall experience.

Had a great time with friends! We explored the University of East Anglia and Banham Zoo, both about 25 miles away. The staff were super friendly, and the evening meals were a great value. Plenty of parking made our trip hassle-free!

I did find the room to be a bit tired and needed an update, especially the bathroom which could have been nicer.

Couple Good enough retreat

On arrival, it was pouring with rain and the receptionist let me park in an empty electric car charging space, which saved me from getting soaked! Room was spacious and clean, with plenty of tea and coffee supplies which is rare these days.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.

The spacious balcony suite was beautifully decorated with a super king-sized bed and powerful shower–what a treat!

Cosy rooms with charming decor that gives off a nostalgic vibe. The balcony in the King Room adds a nice touch, making it perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee.

The last-minute room change left me in a dimly lit space with persistent power issues, making it tough to charge my devices. Dinner choices were limited due to a large party, and the meal quality didn't meet previous standards—disappointing for a returning guest. The overall experience just didn't live up to my past visits, cutting down on my usual excitement about returning.
